Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic

female Business Development Manager

to join our team. This role requires someone with a strong background in business development and operations management. The selected candidate will also be responsible for

overseeing head office operations

, managing staff, engaging with clients, and handling incoming leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and convert new business opportunities Build and maintain long-term client relationships Develop and execute strategic sales plans Oversee daily operations at the head office (Al Qusais) Manage staff schedules, performance, and coordination Respond to customer inquiries and support requests Track leads and follow up effectively to ensure conversions Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high service quality Attend business events and represent the company professionally Stay updated on UAE business trends and setup regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development role

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Solid knowledge of the UAE business setup industry Organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multitasking
