Job Description

  • Support Dealer Rebate calculations
  • Monitor dealer inventory levels (working capital focus)
  • Support dealers within areas of responsibility
  • Obtain, review and evaluate tenders and large orders, ensuring market relevance, delivery and profitability
  • Implement promotions to encourage usage within area of responsibility
  • Ability to apply the sales process to dealer arrangements, resulting in both sales and profit targets being met or exceeded in a sustainable manner
  • Promote the company within the area of responsibility, ensuring dealer sales teams, have the information and tools to encourage end user pull through
  • Presentations and negotiations at high level with OPLs/ KOLs, University / MOH heads of departments

The Successful Applicant

  • 7 years in Sales and Commercial experience in a similar role
  • Experience selling capital equipment essential
  • Proven success and ability to bring techniques and passion for best practice in this field
  • Business Background and Analytics and relationships
  • MBA / Business Degree
  • Strong excel skills
