At Dubai International Hotel, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary experiences with a focus on quality and innovation. Our pastry kitchen is renowned for its creative and exquisite desserts, and we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis I to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the preparation and presentation of a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in all pastry products. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards. Support the Pastry Chef in inventory management, including ordering and storing ingredients. Participate in the development of new pastry recipes and ideas. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Ensure timely and accurate execution of orders during service hours.

Qualifications:



Culinary diploma or relevant qualification in pastry arts is preferred. Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, preferably in a similar role, is a plus. Strong passion for pastry and dessert-making with a desire to learn and develop skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
