Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake high-quality pastries, croissants, cakes, cookies, and other baked items.
Follow recipes and maintain consistency in product quality and presentation.
Assist in daily prep and mise en place for pastry production.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Support senior chefs and collaborate with the kitchen team during service.
Monitor inventory and report shortages of ingredients or supplies.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a baker or pastry commis.
Strong practical knowledge of
classic and modern pastry techniques
.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.
Good attitude, disciplined, and a team player.
Willingness to learn and contribute beyond the core duties if needed.
