Role: Commis Chef - Salad & Sandwich Section
We are looking for an enthusiastic
Commis Chef - Salad & Sandwich Section
to assist in preparing healthy salads and fresh sandwiches.
Responsibilities
Prepare fresh salads, dressings, and cold items under chef supervision
Assist in assembling a variety of sandwiches and fillings
Maintain high standards of freshness, hygiene, and presentation
Support menu development with creative ideas
Ensure consistency and accuracy in portion sizes
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in hotels, catering, or restaurants
Basic knowledge of salads, dressings, and sandwich preparation
Attention to detail and presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
