We are seeking a creative and skilled
Chef de Partie - Sandwich Section
with strong cold kitchen experience.Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches with high attention to quality Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation Support menu development with new sandwich recipes Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in sandwich preparation Knowledge of a wide variety of sandwich styles and fillings Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Strong teamwork and organizational skills
