Requirements
Qualifications:
o At least 5 years of culinary experience with at least 2 years as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a sandwich or cold kitchen section. o Should have solid knowledge of international sandwich preparation with strong knife skills, plating techniques, and ingredient knowledge. o Should have knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP.
