Job Title: Client Advisor
Location: Dubai Mall
Work Timing: Part-time

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions both in person and over the phone.
Assist customers in locating products, providing recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, escalating to management when necessary.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Restock shelves and organize merchandise displays to ensure a neat and presentable store environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Participate in inventory counts and assist in keeping the store clean and organized.
Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
