Job Summary:

Green Land Catering Services L.L.C is looking for an experienced and dedicated

Catering Supervisor

to oversee daily catering operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality food and service delivery for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and hands-on experience in large-scale catering or hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all

catering operations

, including food preparation, service, and delivery. Manage

kitchen and service staff

, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards. Oversee

menu execution

and ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet client expectations. Ensure

strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

. Coordinate with the

Chef, Storekeeper, and Operations Team

for timely procurement and dispatch of meals. Plan and allocate staff schedules, manage attendance, and monitor performance. Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct

site visits and inspections

to ensure catering setups meet company and client standards. Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management. Assist in

cost control

, waste reduction, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as a Catering Supervisor or in a similar role within the

catering, hospitality, or food service industry

. Strong knowledge of

bulk meal production, event catering, and industrial catering operations

. Excellent

leadership, communication, and problem-solving

skills. Familiarity with

UAE food safety and hygiene regulations

(HACCP certification preferred). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple catering sites or projects simultaneously. Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Email).
