Supervise daily catering operations including food preparation, delivery, setup, and service.
Plan and organize catering schedules, menus, and staff assignments based on client requirements.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of events.
Ensure all food items are prepared and served according to company standards and food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the requisition of supplies and equipment.
Train, guide, and motivate catering staff to maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
Maintain communication with clients to confirm event details, special requirements, and satisfaction.
Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and breakdown of catering areas before and after events.
Handle client feedback, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of catering activities, including attendance, billing, and event reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in catering supervision or food service management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
Flexible to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.
