Salary: AED 5,000 / month

turnkey catering solutions--from concept to completion.
We are currently seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and client-focused
Operations & Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a critical role
supporting both the logistical and commercial aspects of the business and offers
the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Operations Management
- Oversee all operational elements of event execution, including
scheduling, logistics, delivery, on-site setup, and breakdown
- Coordinate with suppliers, chefs, rental vendors, and logistics partners
to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Supervise catering staff, ensuring professional appearance,
punctuality, and adherence to service standards
- Manage inventory, equipment, uniforms, and event-specific materials
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure brand standards, food safety,
and client expectations are consistently met
- Manage daily operations in alignment with event timelines and
requirements
B. Sales & Client Relations
- Identify and secure new business opportunities including private
functions, corporate events, and recurring contracts
- Respond to inquiries, prepare custom proposals, and close sales in a
timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring
a high level of satisfaction and retention
- Represent Host & Toast at tastings, meetings, networking events, and
other brand-building opportunities
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute sales strategies
aligned with growth targets
3. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in catering, hospitality, or events
operations in the UAE
- Strong understanding of the UAE catering and events market,
including local suppliers and client expectations
- Proven success in sales, client servicing, and event coordination
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude with the ability to
manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle (mandatory)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during event hours as
needed
