Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily catering operations including food preparation, packing, and delivery
Coordinate and manage catering events as per client requirements
Lead and train catering staff; assign duties and schedules
Ensure high standards of food presentation, hygiene, and safety
Communicate with clients to confirm event details and ensure satisfaction
Handle on-site issues and customer complaints professionally
Monitor inventory and coordinate with kitchen/procurement for supplies
Prepare reports related to events, performance, and daily operations
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in catering or hospitality supervision
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Qatar driving license is must
