Yasmine Palace is a fine-dining restaurant renowned for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our catering operations, ensuring timely, high-quality service for events while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Supervise catering staff during events, ensuring smooth service and proper coordination.
Plan and organize catering operations, including menu execution, equipment, and staffing.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Qatari food regulations.
Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and provide excellent service.
Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and coordinate with the kitchen for timely preparation.
Train and support catering staff to maintain quality and service standards.
Prepare post-event reports, feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or event management is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and Qatar food regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
