We are looking for an experienced Asst. F&B Director to join the team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the F&B department, including menu planning, inventory management, cost control, staff training and development, customer service, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor and analyze financial performance of the F&B department.
Develop and implement effective cost control measures.
Manage all aspects of menu planning, including creating new dishes, evaluating pricing and portion sizes, and ensuring food quality.
Develop and implement training and development programs for staff.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback.
Oversee the hiring and onboarding of new employees.
Ensure all staff adhere to health and safety regulations.
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in hospitality or related field.
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
