F&B DIRECTOR: HOSPITALITY: MIDDLE EAST

Overview

The F&B Director will oversee all dining facilities, set goals, create budgets, and supervise staff to provide guests with an exceptional experience. Effective communication with chefs and other personnel is crucial to ensure that the quality of food and service meets customer expectations. Staying current with the latest industry trends is essential to remain competitive and increase profits. Ideal candidates for this role should have a passion for excellent service, have exceptional communication and organisational skills and be skilled in managing staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of food and beverage operations in a hotel, restaurant, or other hospitality facilities
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure high-quality service, efficient operations, and profitability

, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations * Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of food and beverage services

• Monitor inventory to ensure adequate supplies and control costs through effective purchasing and pricing strategies
• Design menus and work with chefs to develop new dishes and concepts to meet guest preferences and trends
• Maintain regulatory compliance with health and safety standards, permits, and licenses
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans
• Provide exceptional service to guests and resolve any complaints or issues

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Hotel or Business Management or a related field

as an F&B Director for a luxury brand * Proven track record

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills
• Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management
