We are really wanting the best of the best \xe2\x80\x93 you will be overseeing all the F&B concepts, ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered; maximising F&B revenue whilst ensuring guests have truly memorable dining experiences, mentoring staff and staying on trend.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
- Degree or equal in Hospitality management
- Ideal candidate must have experience in fine dining or 5* LUXURY hospitality
- Must be at DOFB level at present if not Senior or VP level
- Positive, engaging and energetic personality \xe2\x80\x93 the face of the place
- Very high attention to detail
- Sensitive to cultural nuances
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment
- Good people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders
- Up-to-date with current trends and must have a genuine passion for all aspects of F&B
