Hiring experienced and highly motivated Assistant Food & Beverage Supervisor for Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets in the hotel.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all Food & Beverage outlets are operating efficiently and meeting customer expectations.

Monitor and ensure that all staff are adhering to the hotels standards and policies.

Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served in accordance with the hotels quality standards.

Monitor and maintain inventory and stock levels of all Food & Beverage items.

Monitor and ensure that all safety and sanitation regulations are followed.

Assist in the training and development of Food & Beverage staff.

Assist in the development and implementation of Food & Beverage promotions and special events.

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor and control labor costs and other operational costs.

Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.

Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role in the Food & Beverage industry.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Knowledge of computer applications and systems.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: AED 7500 + Food, Accommodation, Transportation
