Job Title: F&B Supervisor (Female)

Salary: AED 9,000 to 9500 all-inclusive plus other mandatory benefits as per the law

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Female F&B Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Food and Beverage (F&B) department, including staff training, inventory control, customer service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all F&B operations, including staff training, inventory control, customer service, and health and safety regulations

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase sales

Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the F&B department operates within budget

Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring that all areas of the F&B department are adequately staffed

Ensure that all F&B staff are properly trained and knowledgeable in all areas of the business

Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary

Monitor customer feedback and respond to complaints in a timely and professional manner

Ensure that all F&B areas are clean and well-maintained

Develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

At least 3 years of F&B management experience from a luxury / 5 * hotel

Excellent leadership and organizational skills

Strong customer service and communication skills

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
