Analyst - Problem Management
The team provides and manages the IT systems that support and enable DA business objectives. That means managing and maintaining all IT infrastructure and application services from the most basic desktop to the most complex flight information systems. As importantly, they're game changers for the industry. They bring us innovated and world class technologies and advanced processes which revolutionise what we do.
What you'll deliver

• You'll identify trends and potential Problem sources by reviewing Incident and Problem analysis
• You'll manage, maintain and publish the BT Knowledge management in regular basis and ensure it reflects the business needs and well understood by all internal and external stakeholders.
• You'll identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction
• You'll provide recommendation for problem Management and knowledge management processes improvement.
• You'll monitor the effectiveness of error control and make recommendations for improvements

What you bring

• You should be educated to a bachelor's degree in engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology/Project Management/Related
• You should have 3 - 5 years of overall & relevant experience.
• You should have technical knowledge of DA infrastructure and application systems including LAN, WAN, Data Centers, Servers, Storage, and Security solutions.
• You should have strong knowledge of corporate applications and ERP solutions.
• You should have knowledge of network management, data center management, and application management tools.
