Job Description

Food preparation:

Prepare and present dishes according to specific standards, ensuring ingredients are fresh and of high quality.

Kitchen management:

Supervise other kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Menu and recipe development:

Create new recipes, develop menus within a set budget, and potentially modify recipes to meet customer needs.

Hygiene and safety:

Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and work area, check equipment, and ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.

Inventory and ordering:

Monitor food stock levels, check for out-of-date items, and place orders for new supplies.

Staff support:

Assist with basic tasks and training for junior staff.
