Develop menu items that cater to various dietary preferences (vegan, gluten-free, keto, etc.).
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet high standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.
Collaborate with nutritionists or dietitians (if applicable) to create health-conscious meal plans.
Stay updated on food trends, superfoods, and innovative cooking techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef, preferably in health-focused kitchens.
Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary restrictions, and superfoods.
Creativity in crafting flavorful yet healthy dishes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
Certification in culinary arts or nutrition is a plus.
