Waitress / Waiter
Job Description
We are looking for a waiter or waitress to be responsible for the overall flow and management of the front of the house. This includes stocking the dining room before and after service and maintaining strict standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the restaurant.
An integral part of your responsibilities will be customer service, dine-in, delivery or takeaway, pick-up, plus table services to guests within the dining space or entering or exiting the restaurant.
Implement a strategy to generate higher revenue through up-selling and recommendation techniques.
Oversee guests' orders and invoices via the POS system where necessary.
Notify us of any shortages of equipment and service materials.
Provide customers with incredible service and respond quickly and positively to any complaints.
