Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented

Saudi Waiteress/Waiter

to join our team in Khobar. The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service. She will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, assisting with seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival. Manage table reservations and seating to optimize service flow. Escort guests to their tables and present menus. Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure timely service. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently (if assigned waiter duties). Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries. Ensure guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience. Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess/waiting area. Follow all restaurant policies, health, and safety standards. Assist with closing duties and reporting as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Nationality:

Saudi Female .

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a hostess, waitress, or in a similar customer service role. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Language:

Fluent in Arabic and good command of English.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Team-oriented and proactive.
