Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
Barista Duties:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and teas to standard.
Operate professional coffee machines and brewing equipment.
Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, blends, milk textures, and flavor profiles.
Ensure bar cleanliness and stock levels at all times.
Create latte art and maintain a visually appealing drink presentation.
Engage with customers in a courteous and elegant manner.
