The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and sophisticated Waiter/Waitress who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This role goes far beyond taking orders. You will be a Beverage Ambassador, a storyteller, and a key part of our guests' journey. Your deep product knowledge, intuitive service, and genuine passion for hospitality will be the cornerstone of our Atelier's success.
Your Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience & Service:
• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service from greeting to farewell.
• Expertly guide guests through our unique beverage menu, offering insightful recommendations based on their preferences.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our coffee origins, tea profiles, cocktail ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Manage the point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy and process payments.
• Ensure tables and the overall ambiance are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and elegance.
• Sales & Ambassadorship:
• Actively promote featured items, seasonal specialties, and premium products to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
• Confidently explain the story behind our beverages, creating a sense of intrigue and value.
• Utilize your charm and expertise to maximize sales, directly benefiting from our generous tips and commission structure.
• Teamwork & Culture:
• Collaborate seamlessly with baristas, mixologists, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and synchronized service flow.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to deepen your product knowledge and service skills.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has at least 1-2 years of experience in a high-end cafe, specialty coffee shop, cocktail bar, or fine-dining restaurant.
• Possesses a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor.
• Is a fantastic communicator with strong English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Has a genuine passion for coffee, tea, mixology, and the hospitality industry.
• Is a quick learner, eager to absorb new information and share it with others.
• Demonstrates impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Is a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Is available to join immediately and is currently residing in the UAE (preferred).
