Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
? Welcoming guests and taking food & beverage orders
? Providing menu recommendations and answering questions with confidence and clarity
? Serving dishes and drinks promptly, professionally, and with genuine hospitality
? Handling guest requests or concerns smoothly and effectively
? Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the dining area and service stations
? Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service What we need from you:
? Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
? Previous experience in a similar restaurant or hotel service role is preferred
? A friendly, warm, and professional approach to guest service
? Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
? Great attention to detail and pride in presentation
? Strong time management and reliability
