Review and verify all

submitted by clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide clients with updated and accurate information on
visa requirements, documentation, and processing timelines

Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other authorities to ensure
smooth visa processing
.
Maintain and update
client files, visa tracking systems, and internal databases
regularly.
Respond promptly and professionally to
client queries
via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
Ensure timely submission of visa applications within embassy/consulate deadlines.
Stay informed about changes in
visa regulations, immigration laws, and embassy procedures
.
Assist in preparing
daily, weekly, and monthly reports
for management review.
Provide operational support to the sales team where required.
Required Skills:
Proven experience of 1-2 years in
visa processing or travel operations
(B2B/B2C).
Strong knowledge of
visa documentation and embassy/consulate procedures
.
Excellent
communication and customer service skills
.
High attention to detail with strong
organizational and multitasking abilities
.
Ability to work under pressure and meet
tight deadlines
.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
Team-oriented with a professional and proactive attitude.
