Visa Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Visa Consultant who can handle visa processing as well as sales. This role includes monthly targets, so the candidate must be confident in client handling and conversions.
Responsibilities:
Handle visa applications for Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, and other countries
Guide clients on visa requirements and documentation
Actively manage sales inquiries and client follow-ups
Convert walk-in, call, and online leads into confirmed cases
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Coordinate with operations after sales confirmation
Maintain accurate client and application records
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visa Consultant (mandatory)
Proven experience in sales and target-based roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good computer and internet skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be based in Dubai
