Manage and oversee tax-related operations within the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement tax-efficient structures and strategies for business transactions and operations.Stay updated on transfer pricing regulations and oversee the implementation of transfer pricing policies and documentation.Monitor the legislative and regulatory shifts in tax and customs within the region to proactively identify potential risks and advantageous prospects.Provide guidance and training to finance and operational teams on tax matters and ensure understanding and compliance with tax policies and procedures.

Profile
Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.UAE National with Family Book.6+ years of relevant experience in tax management, with a strong finance background.Solid knowledge and understanding of tax laws, regulations, and customs systems across the Gulf Region.Proven track record of successfully handling tax compliance, tax planning, and tax audits.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, tax authorities, and external advisors.
