Job Description
The talent acquisition senior manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to attract and recruit top talent for the organisation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and programs aligned with the organisation\'s strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with the line manager to understand the staffing needs, ensuring effective recruitment strategies are in place.
- Manage the ATS configuration and customisation to align with specific recruitment work flows and requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting exceptional candidates.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to line manager.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- UAE National with Family Book.
- 8+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with solid background on national and international recruiting.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the latest advancements in AI technology and its applications in talent acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive personality, commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
