The role involves providing travel assistance, answering inquiries, offering trip recommendations, and handling ticket reservations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Issue tickets, boarding passes and other travel documents
Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections
Process ticket changes and refunds
Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints
Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone
Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel
Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to work on break shifts.

Pay: BD180.000 - BD250.000 per month
