Opus Dubai is a leading nightclub in the heart of Oud Metha, known for its vibrant atmosphere, Bollywood & International music, and exceptional guest experiences. We are now looking for a professional and enthusiastic Reservation Agent to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming reservation calls, emails, and messages.
Manage table bookings, special requests, and VIP reservations.
Coordinate with the operations and floor team to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
Maintain an updated reservations system and guest database.
Provide accurate information about events, promotions, and services.
Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm and professional approach.
Requirements:
Female candidate, Hindi speaking candidate preferred.
Previous experience in reservations, front office, or customer service in hospitality/nightlife is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or other similar languages a plus).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
Flexible to work late-night shifts and weekends.
Benefits:
AED 5000 - 6000 Salary (Based on Experience)
