Golf Reservation Agent is responsible for handling tee time bookings, responding to guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless golf experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for golfers via phone, email, and online platforms, and requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries related to golf tee time reservations and general golf course information.
Book and manage tee times using the club's reservation software or point-of-sale system.
Provide accurate information about course availability, rates, specials, and policies.
Upsell packages, memberships, and special events when applicable.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of course conditions, schedules, and ongoing promotions.
Communicate special requests or VIP guest needs to golf operations and staff.
Process payments, refunds, and no-show charges as necessary.
Resolve guest concerns or issues in a courteous and professional manner.
