We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Reservation Agent (Female)
to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all guest inquiries related to room reservations and ensuring a seamless booking experience while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Process reservations accurately using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
Ensure all bookings are entered with correct guest details, special requests, and billing information.
Respond to guest questions regarding rates, availability, hotel services, and policies.
Upsell room categories and hotel services to maximize revenue opportunities.
Coordinate with the front office, sales, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth pre-arrival arrangements.
Monitor daily availability and forecast occupancy to support inventory control.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reservation reports as required.
Follow hotel policies and standard operating procedures in every interaction.
Address and resolve guest complaints or escalate as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or reservations training is a plus.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a
luxury hotel
.
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS).
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Must be
currently residing in Qatar
with a
valid QID and transferable visa
.
