We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team to manage and coordinate projects requiring approvals through Tarakhees (Trakhees - Department of Planning and Development, Ports, Customs & Free Zone Corporation). The ideal candidate will have experience with design review, permitting processes, and construction supervision within Trakhees jurisdiction.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and prepare civil engineering designs and drawings for Tarakhees approval. Liaise with Tarakhees' regulatory authorities for permit submissions and approvals. Ensure all design and construction activities comply with Trakhees guidelines, Dubai Municipality regulations, and relevant UAE codes. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, and contractors on project requirements. Monitor project progress and report any deviations from Tarakhees-approved plans. Conduct site inspections during various stages of construction to ensure compliance with approved designs and regulations. Assist in resolving technical issues and responding to RFIs and authority comments. Prepare and submit documentation for Building Permit, NOC applications, and Completion Certificates. Maintain project documentation and records for audits and compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years handling Tarakhees projects. Strong knowledge of Tarakhees permitting procedures and building codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, and project management tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills. UAE driving license is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Free Zone Authority projects (e.g., JAFZA, DAFZA, TECOM). PMP or similar project management certification.
