competent and experienced Safety Officer

who can uphold international safety standards on complex, vertical construction sites.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Trakhees-Approved Safety Officer

to oversee and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols across our construction sites under Trakhees jurisdiction. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local and regulatory HSE standards, conduct safety audits, lead training, and act as the primary liaison with Trakhees inspectors. This role is vital to maintaining a safe working environment for all site personnel and minimizing occupational risks in alignment with UAE construction safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure site safety compliance in line with

Trakhees regulations

Conduct

daily safety inspections

, audits, and risk assessments Lead

toolbox talks

, inductions, and safety training sessions Enforce the use of

PPE

, safe work practices, and permit-to-work systems Report near misses, incidents, and unsafe conditions promptly Maintain HSE documentation and coordinate with site engineers and foremen Act as the point of contact for

Trakhees inspections and approvals

Mandatory Requirements:

? Must hold a

valid Trakhees Safety Advisor Approval / SARS ID

?

Minimum 3 years

of experience as an HSE/Safety Officer in the

construction industry

? Bachelor's degree in any field (engineering preferred)
? Certified in

NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA

? Ability to communicate effectively in English
