The ideal candidate must be well-versed with Dubai's regulatory authorities including
Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, DDA, and other relevant departments
.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and competitive
project quotations and BOQs
.
Handle all necessary
submissions and documentation
for obtaining permits and approvals.
Coordinate and communicate with
Dubai-based authorities
: DM, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, Emaar, etc.
Ensure all designs and documentation comply with
local building regulations
.
Conduct
site supervision
to monitor work progress and ensure quality and safety standards.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements:
G+1 Approval
from Dubai Municipality (mandatory).
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 4-5 years
of
experience
in Dubai in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of submission and approval processes in DM, DDA, Trakhees, and other Dubai authorities.
Strong understanding of local construction regulations and procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
UAE Driving License (preferred).
