Senior Technical Officer - Construction (DM / DDA / Trakhees)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Officer with strong knowledge of UAE authority submission procedures, especially Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA, and Trakhees systems. The role involves managing all technical documentation, coordination drawings, and authority approvals for active construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Review IFC drawings and prepare coordination/shop drawings for submission. Submit and track drawings and documents via Dubai Municipality portal, DDA, and Trakhees platforms. Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to avoid clashes. Prepare and manage RFIs, material submittals, method statements, and authority approvals. Liaise with consultants, government authorities, and subcontractors for technical compliance. Maintain submission logs, monitor approvals, and handle revisions efficiently. Support site teams with approved drawings and resolve technical issues as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 7-10 years of technical office experience in UAE contracting companies. Hands-on experience with DM e-services, DDA submission protocols, and Trakhees regulations is mandatory. Strong technical coordination and documentation skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; Revit/BIM knowledge is a plus. Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).

Salary: AED 10,000 - 15,000/month (based on experience)
