Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs across departments through performance analysis, consultations, and feedback.
Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to various job functions and skill levels.
Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify them to improve learning outcomes.
Maintain training records and track employee progress.
Collaborate with department heads to support individual development plans and succession planning.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in Training and Development or Learning and Development.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
