Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs for Emirati employees
• Analyze performance metrics and feedback to determine improvement areas
• Develop and deliver induction programs to prepare new Emirati hires for success
• Provide ongoing training in product knowledge, underwriting, and claims handling
• Design training modules for customer service, telephone effectiveness, and client interaction
• Support career development through coaching, mentoring, and structured guidance
• Monitor training program effectiveness and adjust content for continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate and updated training records for compliance and reporting
• Work closely with external training agencies on program design and implementation
• Create engaging, relevant training content across multiple topics
