Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers.
Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
Performs other related duties as required. Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques
Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective
Select and assign instructors or vendors to conduct training
Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment
Executing other HR related task such recruitment, visa processing, and other employee services as per company standards
To identify training and development needs within the Company
To design, develop and conduct behavioural training programs (Soft Skills, Communication as Mandatory);
To designing, recommend and developing training programs based on the Company's and individual's needs
Ensuring that applicable training requirements are met (according to the approved Training Matrix);
To develop training calendars monthly, quarterly, and yearly for all staff
To amend and revise programs as required, to adapt to operational changes
To conduct in-house training for Supervisors and Managers, focusing on People Management, Communication and Motivational skills and techniques;
To conduct periodical reviews an assessment on training program effectiveness;
Develop assessments, tests and evaluation procedures to help identify training requirements
