is working with a multinational company who are hiring a Trade Marketing Manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop and implement trade marketing plans to support brand and sales objectives.
• Collaborate with other functions internally and externally as necessary to gain information and insights, as well as achieve results that are aligned with corporate and functional objectives.
• Maintain good relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Responsible for trade marketing budgets.
• Lead continuous process improvement.
• Monitor closely competitors' marketing activities.
• Analyse and report on the performance of the marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team in a hybrid working environment.
• Salary up to AED 25,000 per month, plus excellent benefits including employee discounts, performance bonus, and up to 4 weeks of remote work.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree. Category Management Certification is a plus.
• Minimum 1-5 years of trade marketing experience within the FMCG/Retail industry.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
