Job Description

This position is responsible for the production, maintenance and servicing of tools and equipment (plastic, stamping, special (Bihler), welding electrodes) required for production and production facilities (special machines) "-Workbench activities which are required to achieve the job objective. -Working with hand-held tools as well as conventional machine tools (milling, turning, grinding, drilling, die-sinking, wire erosion). -Cooperation with tool design and other departments (CI improvement, further development, error analysis for tools and devices) -Processing of maintenance plans for machine tools; -Test punching, sampling, production of prototype parts; -efficient, economical work in line with requirements and standards -Quick reaction to tool breakages in order to avoid production downtimes -Ability to work in a team, willingness for further education and training, accurate independent work, strong quality awareness, -Supervision of machine tools as well as service and workbench activities according shift model requirements" Knowledge aquired during the apprentieceship as a toolmaking technician, CAM , CAD 5 years Metal stamping and bending tools (for cam-controlled machines like: Bihler; Wafios, Finzer) Plastic molding 1 and 2 components, hot and cold runner tools, material processing of PPS, PA, ABS materials Ability to work in a team, flexibility, willingness to learn, motivation, ability to work under pressure, analytical thinking skills
