Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Develop detailed cost breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Conduct site visits to gather data for precise estimation.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments (procurement, finance, operations).
Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals within deadlines.
Use estimation software and tools (e.g., Candy, PlanSwift, Excel).
Support pre-contract and post-contract cost control and budgeting.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to clarify scope and pricing.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations.
Mentor junior estimators and support continuous improvement in estimation processes.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of UAE market rates and FM industry practices.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid UAE driving license.
