Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities & Project Manager (Hard Services) with a strong background in Facilities Management and Project Management, particularly in refurbishment and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of hard services, ensuring optimal performance, maintenance standards, and regulatory compliance. Arabic proficiency is mandatory for effective communication with clients and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance and operations of MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are executed efficiently and on time.
Monitor service providers for quality assurance and compliance with contractual obligations.
Lead and manage refurbishment and fit-out projects from conception to completion.
Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure all projects and maintenance activities comply with local regulations, HSE standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections and audits for safety and quality compliance.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Prepare and present project status reports and maintenance updates to senior management.
Supervise and lead a team of technical staff and service providers.
Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.
Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities Management and Project Management, with a focus on hard services, refurbishment and fit-out projects.
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects from the client-side is a plus.
Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory for effective communication.
Strong understanding of local regulations and safety standards.
Excellent project planning, budget management, and team leadership skills.
Familiarity with CAFM systems and asset management tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.

Pay: AED17,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
