Position: Facility Management Sales Engineer
oProspect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial FM industry.
Prospect new clients in the field of facility management, maintenance, and energy management, including energy products
oGenerate project/business opportunities and RFP's through customer contact to meet company's business plans and growth strategies.
oDrive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through "Closing the Deal" Quarterly targets will be provided and KPI's review every quarter
oCollaborate with the Senior Management to prepare and implement the company's Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals
oTrack and report status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments
oLead the development and preparation of RFP's, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations, estimation, pricing, tendering and high quality submissions to win tenders
oEnsure all communication with customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format
oNegotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed
oAdapt to new tendencies and encash opportunities in the market
oLiaise internally with other departments such as Operation, Account, Human Resources,
oAct as a resource person for management with respect to sales and marketing issues
oAssess the targeted quality of business coming in; refocusing efforts if off track.
oPerform other duties as assigned, business trips, attend conferences and seminars

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
