Tiktok Agency Support & Creator Management Specialist

Job Description
The employee is responsible for managing content creators within the TikTok agency, supporting their growth, increasing earnings, and ensuring full compliance with TikTok policies and live-streaming guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience working with
TikTok
(agency experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of TikTok policies, especially live-streaming rules. Excellent communication skills inEnglish
(Arabic is a plus). Ability to work under pressure and within a team. Good understanding of digital marketing and content creation. Comfortable using TikTok tools, dashboards, and related applications.Duties & Responsibilities:
Registering and onboarding creators into the agency. Managing and monitoring creators' performance (views, engagement, earnings). Providing technical and operational support to creators. Solving account and live-stream related issues. Coordinating with TikTok agency management when needed. Preparing regular performance reports. Motivating creators and increasing their activity and consistency on the platform.
