Content Creator / Brand Specialist
who can merge creativity with strategy to bring our brand to life across all platforms.
Role Overview:
The Content Creator / Brand Specialist will be responsible for developing compelling content and shaping the brand identity across digital and traditional media. You will play a key role in telling the story of OIA Properties, enhancing brand visibility, and engaging potential clients through innovative content strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Produce engaging visual and written content for social media, website, listings, ads, and marketing materials.
Brand Management:
Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including tone, visual identity, and messaging.
Social Media Strategy:
Plan and execute a content calendar for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Campaign Development:
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and deliver creative campaigns that drive engagement and leads.
Analytics & Optimization:
Monitor performance of content and campaigns, analyze data, and suggest improvements.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and real estate trends to keep content relevant and fresh.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, branding, or digital marketing
Strong portfolio demonstrating ability in content writing, video editing, and design
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Deep understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Real estate or luxury brand experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing platforms
Bilingual (English required; Arabic is a plus)
