Merit Consulting is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Management Specialist to support client CEO Office in managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring alignment across departments, streamlining workflows, and providing high-level support to the CEO in executing key projects and organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination & Execution by managing and tracking cross-functional projects from initiation to completion and prepare regular progress reports for executive review.
2. Oversee the daily operations of the CEO office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
3. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, follow up on action items, and coordinate with internal teams.
4. Maintain a master schedule of the CEO's activities, priorities, and communications.
5. Draft high-level communications, presentations, briefing documents, and reports.
6. Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagement on behalf of the CEO.
7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2. 5-7 years of experience in project management, executive support, or operations. Certified PMA is a plus.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, Smart sheet).
6. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From AED18,000.00 per month
