HolidayBest Gulf is looking for an experienced
Ticket Booking Manager
to handle daily flight reservations, manage GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo), and ensure smooth booking operations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage airline ticket bookings & reissuances Handle cancellations, refunds & fare rules Coordinate with airlines, suppliers & clients Ensure accuracy of reservations and timely confirmations Supervise ticketing staff & daily operations
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing & reservations Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) Excellent communication & customer service skills Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
